The tree decorating contest run by the Program Council was a success!

Only 4 trees were decorated, but one was a multi-family project. The RE Committee bush cried “Connection” through a ribbon wound about the tree; families attached their ornaments to this ribbon. Everything was crafted from recycled materials. The Program Council bush was “Eclectic,” with 5 members contributing a variety of ornaments, a number hand-made. The Small Group Ministry bush was “Small Folk Winter Home” with figures under the tree below the birds and hand-sprayed pine cones. The Sager family tree was “Food for the Birds,” with cranberry/popcorn ribbons and feeder blocks carved in a variety of shapes.
