• Leave service 5 minutes early (usually before last hymn)Refill milk and cream, as needed
  • Remove covers from food
  • Replenish snacks on tables
  • Help people find things
  • Offer to bring coffee to people who might need help
  • Make more coffee or hot water, if needed
  • Replenish milk and cream, as needed (but only partially refill toward the end of Coffee Hour)
  • Consolidate snacks so plates appear neat
  • Pick up stray cups, help with spills, etc.
  • Offer refills to people who may need help

Toward the end of Coffee Hour:

  • Walk around offering remaining bananas, cake, and
    other snacks, especially if perishable
  • Start moving food from buffet to pass-thru
  • Announce last call for coffee and offer refills
